Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or order changes may be done if it occurs prior to shipment. Typically shipment occurs within 1 to 2 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Please include your order number in your email.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and instant EFT payments through PAYFAST a secure payment provider in South Africa.more details on payfast- click here

We accept paypal but in order to process a payment using PayPal you will need to contact us.

Shipping and Taxes

Is Shipping Really Free over R500?

Yes, we are offering FREE delivery on all orders over R500 to all customers with delivery addresses in South Africa.

Where is Azure Outdoor located?

Our offices are located in Cape Town in the Western Cape Province South Africa. We ship from either our Cape Town or Johannesburg Warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote to arrange this before placing your order on the website.

Does Azure insure all shipments? Yes, we insure all shipments in the case of loss or damage.

How long will shipping take? Shipping lengths typically average from 3 to 5 business days. It depends on the destination and the type of order but we do our best to make sure you receive you order in time. Please contact us if you need delivery sooner than 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Your items will be processed and shipped within one to two business days of the order date.

How do I know that my order has been shipped? We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.

How do I track my order? Please follow using the tracking number and link provided in the confirmation email you received.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are looking to make a return with us, you can breathe easy - we've made this simple. Here is our policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Goods are to be shipped back to our warehouse in Johannesburg at your own cost. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Gift cards are unfortunately not returnable.

Follow these steps to process a return:

  • 1. Email orders@azuresport.com with your order number and specific reason for the return.
  • 2. Pack the product back in the original box with the invoice as well as all of the packaging materials. If the box is damaged please ensure that an equivalently secure shipping packaging is used.
  • 3. Ship it back to us at: Store Address: Azure Outdoor, c/o Fr8 Logistics, 25 North Rand Road,Beyers Park, Boksburg, Gauteng, 1459, South Africa. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method and to purchase insurance for the full value of the item's value. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is safely returned to us and we cannot issue a refund prior to receiving the package and inspecting its condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
